As a mother, I know life begins at conception. As a member of the State
Assembly, I've supported legislation to ban the morning after pill on
college campuses and ban human cloning. I believe we must embrace life
at its beginnings. In Congress, I will fight to protect every child
because every child has value. I oppose embryonic stem cell research.
Fortunately, adult stem cell research is already yielding results for
patients with Alzheimer's, spinal cord injuries, and Parkinson's.

support efforts to counsel pregnant teenagers, believe we can improve
our adoption laws, support the Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act, and
will work to strengthen parental notification laws. |
